14-day money-back guarantee
If you're not satisfied with your paid plan, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your order date. This applies to new subscriptions and to monthly renewals alike.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and look up your purchase using the email address you paid with, or contact our support team at support@budgetpilot.dev and we'll help you through it.
Plan changes and cancellations
- Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals; you keep every paid feature until the end of the period you've already paid for.
- Moving between paid plans (for example Pro to Premium) takes effect immediately, with a prorated charge or credit for the difference handled by Paddle.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method you used at checkout. It usually takes a few business days for the money to appear, depending on your bank. Paddle may partially refund amounts in line with its own refund rules where required by law, for example for statutory withdrawal rights in the EU.
